SPIRIT STORES

A simple way for schools and teams to offer spirit wear- without the stress.

Spirit stores are online apparel stores designed for schools and teams that want to sell spirit wear without collecting money, tracking sizes or collecting paper order forms.​​​​​

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Stores run for a limited time

  • Apparel is produced after the store closes

  • Orders are fulfilled and delivered

  • No admin or coordination required

THE PERKS:

  • No upfront costs or setup fees

  • No collecting payments

  • No order forms or size spreadsheets

  • No sorting or packing apparel

  • Supporters order and pay online

BEST FOR:

Schools, PTO's, Sports Teams,

Booster Clubs, Leagues

Spirit stores are not fundraisers and do not include revenue sharing or payouts. They are intended to provide an easy way for families, students and supporters to purchase spirit wear- without the complexity of bulk orders​​​​​

MERCH STORES

Merch stores are online apparel stores for businesses and brands that want to offer branded merchandise directly to their audience without managing orders, money or inventory.​

​

Merch stores are designed for hands-off online ordering.​​​​​

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Stores run for a limited time

  • Apparel is produced after the store closes

  • Orders are fulfilled and delivered

  • No admin or coordination required

THE PERKS:

  • No collecting payments

  • No order forms or size spreadsheets

  • No lingering inventory

  • No upfront garment commitment

  • Individuals order and pay separately

Merch stores do not include revenue sharing: No payouts, no profit splits, no sales reporting for businesses

If a buisiness wants to raise money for a cause, that is handled through a Fundraiser Store, not a merch store. 

MERCH STORE BUILD LEVELS

Garment colors are limited per store, not per garment.

Additional colors increase complexity and are billed separately.

ADD ONS & OVERAGES

Anything beyond the included scope is billed separately.​

   •    Additional Design: + $50

   •    Additional Garment: + $25

   •    Additional Garment Color: + $25

   •    Headwear (Hats & Beanies): + $50/style

   •    Post Launch Changes: + $75/hr

No bundling. No exceptions.

PAYMENT & PRODUCTION NOTES:

   •    Setup fees are due before store build

   •    Setup fees are non-refundable

   •    Store scope is finalized prior to launch

   •    Production begins after orders are finalized

   •    Up to 3 garment colors per store
   •    1 round of revisions
   •    Store setup, launch, payment                     processing  & order fulfillment
