TERMS & CONDITIONS

By requesting a quote or placing an order with Ashley Denio Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.
 

QUOTES

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is based on the quantities, garments, print locations, and artwork details provided.

  • Any changes to order details may result in price adjustments.
     

PAYMENT & ORDER APPROVAL

  • Full payment (100%) is required before production begins.

  • Orders will not be started until payment and final approval are received.

  • Once an order is approved and paid, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
     

DESIGN & ARTWORK

  • One design revision round is included unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional design changes may incur extra fees.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all mockups carefully.

  • By approving artwork, you accept responsibility for spelling, layout, and design accuracy.

  • All artwork created by Ashley Denio Studios remains our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK & LICENSING

  • Customers are responsible for securing permission to use any logos, trademarks, or licensed images provided.

Ashley Denio Studios assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement.

 

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS

  • We do not print on customer supplied goods. All apparel used in production must be sourced through Ashley Denio Studios to ensure quality, consistency and print reliability.
     

COLOR VARIANCE

  • Printed colors may vary slightly from digital mockups due to screen settings, garment color, and printing processes.

  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
     

PRINTING PROCESS & PLACEMENT

  • Print size and placement are determined by Ashley Denio Studios unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Minor placement variance (up to 1") is considered acceptable.

  • Screen printing and DTF are hands-on processes and may include slight variations.
     

MISPRINTS & DEFECTS

  • We do not replace garments for minor variations or acceptable industry defects.

  • Claims for defects must be submitted within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • Approved reprints are at our discretion and do not include refunds.
     

GARMENTS & MATERIALS

  • Ashley Denio Studios does not manufacture the garments used in production.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, fit issues, or garment inconsistencies.

  • Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if necessary.
     

QUANTITIES

  • A variance of up to 5% over/under may occur during production.

  • If exact quantities are required, customers must order additional units to account for this variance.
     

FUNDRAISERS & SPIRIT STORES

  • Fundraiser earnings are calculated after store closure and production completion.

  • A check payable to the organization will be issued once all orders are completed.

  • Spirit stores are not guaranteed to meet minimum sales and are run at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed.
     

DEADLINES

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by supply issues, approvals, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Ashley Denio Studios.
     

PICKUP & DELIVERY

  • Pickup is available at Ashley Denio Studios, St. Marys, PA, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
     

WARRANTY

  • We do not guarantee print longevity due to variables such as washing, wear, and use.
     

SPIRIT STORE ADDENDUM

  • Items are made to order

  • Production starts after store close

  • No changes after checkout

  • Bulk delivery to organizer or as otherwise stated

  • No minimum sales guarantee

FUNDRAISER STORE ADDENDUM

  • Store runs for a limited time

  • Donation amount built into pricing

  • Check issues after production completion

  • Bulk delivery to organizer unless otherwise stated

MERCH STORE ADDENDUM

  • Made-to-order merchandise

  • No returns or exchanges

  • Size and color responsibility lies with purchaser
     

ACCEPTANCE
