Terms & Conditions
By requesting a quote or placing an order with Ashley Denio Studios, you agree to, and are bound to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions subject to change without notice.

Quote: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are subject to change based on final artwork and order details. Pricing is valid only for the quantities and details listed on the quote provided. Any changes to order details may result in pricing changes.

Payment and Cancellation: All customers are required to pay in full (100%) at the start of an order. I will not begin your order or any artwork prior to receiving the full payment. Design work can be billed separately but must be paid in full prior to starting the work. (Contact us if you just wish to start with a design estimate) Once the job has been approved by the customer, no changes are allowed. (ie. to artwork files, job characteristics, garments etc) Once you have approved an order and paid in full, it can not be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
Payments can be made via cash, check, money order, PayPal, or Venmo. A $50 charge will be issued for returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments made via Venmo or PayPal are subject to a processing fee that could change without notice.

Artwork: Any artwork that is submitted must meet our artwork requirements. Any issues with the artwork submitted are subject to fees which are currently $40/hour with a 1 hour minimum with prices subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for poor prints that result from poor artwork. Please review your mockups carefully. We are not responsible for any errors such as: spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation that are approved by the customer. Your mockup is a representation of what we intend to produce. By approving your invoice, you are approving your mockup and accepting any possible errors. Any artwork or files provided by Ashley Denio Studios shall remain our property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Color Variance: Colors that appear on a mockup may vary from the final printed product due to difference between the color/pixels on a monitor and the actual ink color on the garment. Garment color and look may also vary from mockup to the final product.

Trademarks & Licensing: The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of any trademarked or licensed images.

Customer Supplied Goods: We do not print on customer supplied goods. We have a large variety of garments to choose from which can be viewed at sportswearcollection.com/ashleydeniostudios

Misprints/ Decoration Defects: Screen printing is a very hands on process which means there will be some variation or margin for error involved. We will not replace any garments with slight variances or defects, nor will we reimburse any costs associated with the misprints or defects unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the customer and Ashley Denio Studios. If your order quantity must be exact, please order additional pieces to cover the 5% margin of error.
The customer must allow a placement variance of 1inch in any direction from the original planned placement and allow for a 5% overage/underage per print location for each garment or item used to produce an order.
Print Placement: All prints will be sized and placed on the garment according to our in-house specifications unless otherwise discussed in writing between the customer and Ashley Denio Studios prior to invoice approval.

Fitment and Color of Garments: Ashley Denio Studios does not manufacture the actual garments or items used in the decorating process. Therefore we cannot guarantee the fit of any particular style/size or any variation between sizes or colors of garments. We are happy to send size charts upon request at no additional cost.

Garment/Media Defects: We do not produce the actual garments or media/material used in our processes, and we will not be held responsible for any defects in the garments or media/material.

Good Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute goods for an equivalent of equal or greater value than the original ordered product.

Quantity: Ashley Denio Studios does not guarantee that the exact quantities of produced goods will match a quote or invoice. Decorating apparel is a very hands on process and there is room for possible error and variance. Please allow for a 5% overage/underage variance in quantity per print location for each garment and or item type on your order. If your order quantity must be exact, please order additional pieces to cover the 5% margin of error.

*All screens, inks, separations, and materials used to produce an order will remain the property of Ashley Denio Studios unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the customer and Ashley Denio Studios.

Warranty: Due to a wide variety of laundering methods and different wear situations Ashley Denio Studios will not guarantee against any garment or print damages.

Deadlines: Due to factors beyond our control we cannot guarantee to meet any particular deadline.

Pickup: Pickup will be at Ashley Denio Studios located at 1465 Rosely Road in St. Marys.

Claims: All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of order pickup.
